Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was spotted publicly shaving Sunday while seated inside a John F. Kennedy International Airport restaurant, much to the horror of onlookers.
‘You nasty filthy, sloppy, disgusting, filthy f****** animal,’ said actor Michael Rappaport, who has 2.2 million Instagram followers, when sharing the video to his social media page.
'You f****** pig. You should be ashamed of yourself.’
The video was originally posted by Nick Weiss, who couldn't believe his eyes when he spotted Giuliani riding up to the Delta One lounge on a golf cart Sunday about 5:30 p.m.
Weiss was also headed to the lounge - available to Delta passengers flying first- or business-class - and watched as Giuliani began digging into his lobster bisque.
'It took him 15 minutes to have one bowl of soup because every time he'd bring the spoon up to his mouth, half would fall back into the soup,' Weiss told Mailonline.com. 'It was disgusting.'
After he finished his soup, a woman served Giuliani a plate of brownies. That's when he pulled out his razor, and used a tablet camera in selfie mode to shave, Weiss said.
The most bizarre part, Weiss added, was that there was a 'really nice bathroom' just paces away equipped with sinks, large mirrors and showers.
It wasn’t clear why Giuliani – who more recently worked as former president Donald Trump’s personal attorney – began shaving in the dining area of a bustling airport, but some Instagram users shared their own theories.

‘Is that the unemployment office waiting area?’ said user @salemdavesh.
‘He’s homeless now he gotta do what he gotta do,’ said @warriordw2.
Giuliani was suspended from practicing law by a New York court in July for making ‘false and misleading statements’ about Trump’s 2020 election defeat.
‘He’s gonna start clipping his toenails next,’ added Instagram user @michelle.d75, who posted a vomiting emoji next to her comment.
Viewers of a nationally-broadcasted election fraud press conference last November were perplexed when a mysterious substance began dripping down the former politician's face
Giuliani was tricked into participating in a Borat film, where he shoved his hands down his pants in the presence of an actress posing as a reporter
The shaving incident was the latest public gaffe for Giuliani, whose face appeared to be melting during a nationally-televised press conference last November as dark hair dye dripped down the sides of his cheeks.
Also last November, Giuliani inadvertently led an election fraud press conference in the parking lot of a landscaping company called Four Seasons Total Landscaping after someone on his team accidentally booked that venue rather than the intended Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.
During the same month, Giuliani made headlines once again after falling into a hotel-room trap set by Sasha Baron Cohen as he filmed his latest satirical Borat movie.
Believing he was following a young female reporter into a hotel room, an oblivious Giuliani didn’t realize he was being tricked into participating in the Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.
At one point, Giuliani laid down on the bed and shoved his hands down his pants. He later said he was trying to adjust his microphone.
It hasn’t been an easy year for Giuliani, whose home and office were raided in April by FBI agents investigating whether he violated lobbying laws while serving under Trump.

And if his latest actions are any indication, he could also be struggling with money troubles.
Giuliani began peddling custom video messages for $199 each earlier this month amid reports his ex-boss Trump ignored pleas for help with mounting financial debts and after federal investigators raided his home.
He posted on Twitter that he was 'taking all Cameo requests,' referring to a popular site where personalities can sell personalized messages in exchange for cash.
'Hey I'm Rudy Giuliani and I'm on Cameo,' he says in his opening message on the site. 'If there's an issue of concern you want to discuss or a story you'd like to hear or share with me, or a greeting that I can bring to someone that would bring happiness to their day I would be delighted to do it.'
