President Trump: I was Ready for Bernie – Communist and All of That… Bernie would Be Tougher” (VIDEO)

President Trump spoke with FOX News at a town hall event in Pennsylvania on Thursday night.
Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier were the moderators.

During the discussion President Trump admitted he was preparing to run against Bernie Sanders who he thought would be tougher to beat.

President Trump: I was all set for Bernie. Cuz I thought it was going to happen. You know we get ready for things. Mentally I’m all set for Bernie, Communist all of that, everything… And then we had this crazy thing that happened, on Tuesday that he thought was Thursday. He also said 150 million people were killed by guns. He was running for the United States Senate… I think in a certain way Bernie would be tougher. It’s a much smaller base than my base… But I was all set. I was all set for Bernie.
