How to drink

Consume the drink 30 minutes before each meal, and do this regularly for at least one month to get the best results.
**Caution**
Due to its acidic levels, never drink apple cider vinegar alone. The acid could cause damage to your tooth enamel, esophagus and/or stomach. If you are prone to or have a history of acid reflux or frequent heartburn, this drink may not be a good option for you because it can increase those symptoms.
