The backside has a large window but there’s really nothing special from the outside.
As soon as you find your favorite spot to camp, the magic happens. Both exterior walls fold out with an accordion type system that allows the trailer to expand 300%. It provides a living/sleeping room on one side, a bedroom on the other side, and a kitchen/living space and bathroom in the center.
I’m talking about this trailer like it’s the future of outdoor excursions when in fact this incredible design was actually created in 1985 to compete in a “temporary living” design contest. The entry was named “De Markes” (The Awning) and conceptualized, designed, and built by Böhtlingk Architecture.
