High school Muslim girls harassed by older white man in a restaurant. It did not end well.

A shocking video emerged featuring several teenaged Muslim girls being harassed by a white man at a Mexican restaurant in Hickory Hills, Ill. on Monday night.

Sawin Osman told Yahoo! News that a middle-aged white male took notice of the girls’ traditional Muslim headscarves and made a fat joke about one of the girls in the party, as well as jokes about their religion.

“We were walking past him on our way out of the restaurant,” Osman said. “He yelled, ‘That girl could break a camel’s back.’ We stopped and said, ‘Excuse me, sir, what did you just say?’”

Osman said that when they approached the older man — who was seated with a female companion at a table inside the restaurant — the unidentified male told the group of young women that if they didn’t like the United States, they could leave.

“It’s our home too,” Osman asked. “What do you mean ‘leave?’”

In the video, the man brushes off Osman’s response and says, “I just said she’s a big one. What’s the problem? Yeah, anything else?”

The man rose from his seat after one of the girls in the group told the man that he was “disgusting.”

“It looked like he was going to get physical, so we all started to walk,” Osman told the website.

The girls began walking away, and as their backs were turned, the man began hurling expletives at them.

“F***ing goddamn, camel-jacking mother f***ing c***s!” he can be heard yelling in the video.

The video was recorded by one of the girls’ cell phones and was uploaded to the internet after the incident.

“It’s honestly very terrible and disgusting,” Osman told Yahoo!, “especially the comment, ‘If you don’t like it, then just leave.’ I mean I was born here. I was raised here. Leave to where?”

She added, “Just because we have the headscarf on doesn’t mean we’re not from here,” Osman said.
