17 Surprisingly Genius Uses For The Wonder That Is Baking Soda

It’s official. Baking soda is just about the best thing you could ever own. It really does deserve pride of place in your kitchen cupboard. It doesn’t only make cakes rise, it also gets rid of eye bags. Sold? We are.
Apparently baking soda, or bicarbonate of soda as it’s often called here in the UK, is a bit of a genius product. According to beauty vlogger Darshika Patel, it helps brighten and de-puff the under-eye area in just a couple of minutes. Which, if true, could save us ladies SO MUCH money. Because eye brightening creams, concealers and masks are most definitely not cheap.
Baking soda is a bit of a wonder product, really. It doesn’t just brighten those pesky dark circles, it has a whole host of wonderful benefits - most of which you’ve probably never come across…
