A possible end to mission Red Planet? NASA can't send humans on Mars due to lack of money!

US space agency NASA has admitted that it cannot afford to send humans on Mars because it lacks enough funding.
The space agency has been in news for years regarding the future possiblity of sending humans on the red planet.
As per a report published in Deccan Chronicle, a meet of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronauts held on July 12 and NASA admitted the same in the meeting.
However, it’s not that easy, especially with “too little funds”. “I can’t put a date on humans on Mars, and the reason really is…at the budget level we described, this roughly two per cent increase, we don’t have the surface systems available for Mars,” said NASA’s chief of human spaceflights William Gerstenmaier.
“And that entry, descent, and landing is a huge challenge for us for Mars.”
The report further mentions that private companies like SpaceX and blue Origins are preparing for Mars landing mission and the former had announced its aim to land humans on the planet in 2025.

  1. Use NASA's money for the border wall?

  3. There is no bigger waste of resources possible than a manned mission to Mars.

It would achieve nothing robots couldn't do as well or better.

Only at a huge multiple of the costs.

  4. Umm... Maybe the real truth will finally come out that they cannot send humans to Mars simply because they have never gone beyond Low Earth Orbit and have not solved the problems with radiation in space.... And the fact that the Martian atmosphere is so razor thin that no human can stand on Mars either due to intense solar and cosmic radiation!

  5. Any idea of what is left of this nation to put a man on Mars is a total joke. Please.... We'll live it through the Hollywood dream machine or online, but in reality? Maybe China or Russia... But this country..?

  6. Of course there is no money. The USA is spending its all installing Rothschild Central Banks in the last few countries that do not have one; such as Syria. It costs about one million bucks/year to keep a trooper guarding the Heroin fields in Afghanistan.

Unless some new drug is discovered on Mars or Rothschild says we go, forget going. There is too much money to be made on earth.
