Men’s Fitness said trying to replace meals with juice is a surefire way to overeat. Also, removing the solids quickly leads to nutrient loss. Unless you’re drinking that glass immediately, you’re better off keeping produce whole.
If you hate eating fruits and vegetables, juicing could be a good way to get some nutrients you would otherwise miss, as long as you do it the right way. Don’t try to replace all produce with liquid.
